1.Screen printing squeeze
Screen printing development is getting top speed, which need a high quality and precision
to meet their requirement. Especially the squeeze quality need to have a high elastic, tear &
wear resistance and chemical resistance. We have been test and developed this kind of
PU squeeze for a long time and we got succeed in three grades – super wear and solvent
resistance usages, general usages and CD usages.
For the super solvent resistant , if the hardness in75A, the wear resistance is 15mm³, in
MEK 24 hours test, there is only 13% weight increased, which is very excellent & top quality squeeze and most suitable to use for PCB and
precision usages.

2.Fire resistance cast PU material
According to AS1334.10 testing, the bluish-white frame of 36mm length with the test
piece 5mm; After the combustion 10 seconds and left it,
Persistence of flame : 0 second
Persistence of after glow : 0 second
Extent of charring / melting : 16.6%
Oxygen Index(LOI) : 29.5%
The test results were all comply with the requirement.

3.Electrical resistance Cast PU material without carbon black (semiconductor)
According to ASTM D257 test the surface resistance value is 1 x 10⁸ Ω/cm², the general
PU is 10¹¹〜10¹² Ω/cm², then the mostly add the carbon and become black color if want
to lower the electrical resistance. Our cast PU elastomer can be no carbon black.

4.Special low compression Set & high compression loading oil seals
This kind of oil seals need to choose special TPU material to meet it’s special requirement
The compression set can be under about 20% at 70℃, 70 hours.

5. Big size U type oil seal
To use oil resistance, abrasion resistance and low compression cast PU material, the
Biggest size can be processed to 1.5 Meter Dia., which we can accept a small order.

6. Big size PU sheet
The big size of PU sheet have two types: one is for precision sheet, the biggest size could be
Made by1M wide x 2M length. The other is open molded sheet, which could be made more
bigger than the above dimensions, Usually used for metal forming, washer & impact protector
or machined to various parts.

7. PU tube for Water purifier
We use NSF, FDA approval water resistance PU material, it’s high flexible & pressure-
resistance without any plasticizer added and have been already used for water purifier and
Water bag in broadly.

8.Dental tube
Use special water resistance PU material, which can be used for water and pneumatic
tubes, they are big size & small size single-hole, twin hole and multi-hole tubes & with
the coverage of multi-hole for germs and fungus protection, it’s water & weather- resistance
could be life for 10-20 years long, anti-aging.
